How do you screen candidates?
We allow candidates to submit their resume to us through the elctronic resume form found in our website. For applicants who submit hard copies of their resumes, our recruitment assistant takes care of transferring the information to our electronic resume database. The initial screening process is done based on the available requirements provided by the client for the specific job opening(s). The other screening steps are then dependent on what the client wants.
