How does the recruitment process in your agency go?
Our Philippine recruitment agency usually starts the process once we receive and verify the exact requirements from the client. We make a quick search in our database to see if there are suitable applicants that meet your requirements. It will then be determined if additional advertising is needed especially if more applicants are needed or if the opening is for a very specific and specialized person. Simultaneously, the client should be working at getting accredited by the POEA (if this has not been done previously) and to have the job opening(s) authenticated by the nearest Philippine consulate. The selection and interview process is next. Once the proper candidate has been selected, the required visa is applied for.
Note that this is a general, simplified version of the process. Things like fee arrangements, medical examinations, and travel arrangements are obviously included.
