How long before you come back to me with resumes of possible candidates?
Once we get sufficient details from you regarding the qualifications of the manpower you need, we check our database for any suitable candidates. Assuming there are suitable candidates (for example, nurses and teachers), we can forward to you resumes for review within a week.
However, if your requirements are a bit more specialized or specific and there are no existing candidates in our database that meet your needs, we will need to advertise at a national newspaper. This is a special arrangement that is handled on a case-by-case basis with the employer/principal. The process will take around two (2) weeks. Advertising is done on a Sunday, and we collate applications during the week. We then forward resumes of suitable candidates to the client the following week.
